At Kat & Em we endeavour to always manufacture items that are of good quality and not mass produced.

 

As a result, you may find that certain items have small "imperfections" - these are all part of the product and what makes them individual.

All of our items are handmade, hand dyed or hand finished so please always follow the care instructions specific to your purchase.

Our Allora shirts are 100% Pure Cotton, perfect for the keeping cool in the hot weather but delicate and prone to shrinking. We advise HAND WASHING in COOL or luke warm water or on a very gentle cool water delicate machine wash with a low spin. Do NOT SOAK for long periods of time as the colours may bleed.

In the UAE summer months, the cold water can actually be too hot. For this reason we recommend hand washing in the warmer months so that you can be certain of the water temperature.

Dry flat out of direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry. For best results iron inside out on a cool to medium setting.

Our Crochet range again is extremely breathable but is prone to snagging please be careful not to catch the fabric on jewellery. Again wash on a cool temperature setting.
